Refund Policy

At Max Digitizing, we take great pride in delivering high-quality custom products tailored specifically to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests can only be submitted within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be granted in cases where the delivered product is significantly different from the approved design or contains verified production defects.
  • Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or any other subjective reasons once the order has been confirmed and raw material purchasing has been initiated.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Orders canceled after the approval of payment and confirmation are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any dissatisfaction arising from personal preference, minor deviations, or misunderstandings not communicated prior to production is not eligible for a refund.

3. Process of Refunds:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team via email at Support@maxdigitizing.com with supporting evidence such as photos or detailed explanations of the issue.
  • Upon receipt of the request, we will review it within 5 business days and communicate our decision.
  • If the refund is approved, the payment will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to processing times by your financial institution.

4. Exceptions:

  • Custom products that meet the client-approved specifications and design are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client during the order process are not grounds for a refund.

By placing an order with Max Digitizing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy. These terms govern your use of our services and any transactions conducted with us.

2. Custom Product Orders:

  • All products are customized based on the specifications provided and approved by the client.
  • Once payment is received and the design is approved, we initiate raw material procurement and production, making the order non-refundable under most circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the order process, including design details, dimensions, and specifications.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the final design proof before production begins.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks:

  • Any disputes or chargebacks initiated with banks, card providers, or PayPal will be vigorously contested if the product and process comply with the agreed-upon terms.
  • We maintain detailed records of design approvals, payment confirmations, and communications to resolve disputes efficiently.

5. Liability:

  • Max Digitizing is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping disruptions or force majeure events.
  • We are committed to rectifying any genuine production errors or defects to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
  • If modifications are requested before production begins, additional charges may apply depending on the scope of changes.
